Mjösäter Snickeri is a fine carpentry studio with a passion for wood and design. They needed a visual identity that truly reflected their brand, with craftsmanship and design at its core. Mjösäter Snickeri offers handcrafted furniture of the highest quality.
The idea was to create a visual identity that communicates craftsmanship, design, and passion. The wordmark is inspired by traditional woodworking techniques, grounding the design in the craft itself. I also chose to work with layers of textured elements — such as images and various types of paper — to evoke the tactile, hands-on feeling of true craftsmanship.
